We welcome enquiries about wholesale supply, private-label projects and custom product development. An initial enquiry or discussion does not by itself establish a production agreement. Before work begins, the parties should confirm specifications, quantities, samples, pricing, payment schedules, production milestones, shipping terms, quality expectations and ownership of project materials in writing. Terms for a genuine business-to-business project may differ from retail purchases; consumer protections are not removed simply because a visitor uses the business enquiry form.

The VogueSpring name, website content, photography, graphics and design elements may be protected by intellectual-property law.
