About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how cookies and related browser technologies can support the VogueSpring website, including browsing, shopping-cart functions, accounts and site preferences. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
The services described below depend on which website features are active. This policy does not claim that every possible cookie category or third-party tool is currently in use.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website can place on your device through your browser. They can help remember information between pages or visits, such as items in a shopping cart or a selected preference.
Some cookies last only until the end of a browser session, while others remain for a specified period unless you remove them. Similar technologies, including browser storage and tracking pixels, may also be used to store or access information. Some are associated with VogueSpring; others may be provided by third parties.
Categories & purposes
Necessary website functions
Cookies and related session technologies may support shopping carts, checkout, account access, security and the reliable operation of requested website features.
Preferences
Where enabled, preference technologies may remember choices such as language or other display settings.
Analytics — planned
VogueSpring intends to introduce Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate website usage and performance. Google Tag Manager (GTM) is planned as a way to manage tags. Neither tool is described here as already enabled. Before activation, we will review the specific data collected, cookies used, retention settings and consent requirements.
Advertising
VogueSpring does not currently plan to use advertising-tracking, audience-targeting or remarketing tags. If that changes, this policy and the relevant choices will be updated before such technologies are used.
Cookie information
Cookie names and lifetimes vary by website configuration, plugins and the actions taken by visitors. The following are WooCommerce reference examples, not a verified inventory of cookies currently set by this site.
| Cookie | Typical purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
woocommerce_cart_hash |
Identify when shopping-cart contents change. | Session |
woocommerce_items_in_cart |
Help WooCommerce detect items in the cart. | Session |
wp_woocommerce_session_* |
Associate a visitor with their WooCommerce cart session. | Commonly 2 days; configuration may vary |
Other cookies, local-storage entries or third-party services may be involved depending on account sign-in, payment options, security and other installed features. A site-specific inventory will be prepared from an actual technical audit. GA4 cookies will be added if GA4 is activated.
Your choices & consent
You can review, block or remove cookies through the privacy settings of your browser. Blocking essential website technologies can affect shopping-cart, checkout or account functions.
Where applicable law requires permission for optional analytics technologies, they should not be activated until the necessary consent has been obtained. When GA4 is introduced, VogueSpring will assess and implement the consent controls required for the markets it serves. This policy page is informational and does not itself record consent or control tags.
Changing preferences
Most browsers allow you to delete site cookies and manage future storage in their privacy or security settings. Removing site data can sign you out or clear the contents of a shopping session.
If site-level consent management is introduced for optional analytics, the website will provide an appropriate way to review or change those choices. A functioning Cookie Settings control will be added only when it is connected to the actual consent-management system.
Third-party services
Some features may involve outside providers, including hosting, payment or security services and optional embedded content. Their use of cookies or other identifiers depends on the actual integration and provider configuration.
Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager are planned for future installation; they are not represented as active website services in this revision. No advertising-tracking platform is currently planned. Service-provider details will be updated as integrations are verified.
Duration & data handling
Session cookies generally expire at the end of a browsing session. Persistent cookies remain for a stated period or until they are deleted. The precise duration depends on the cookie and the site's configuration.
Browser-cookie expiry differs from the retention of information in the WordPress/WooCommerce database, contact forms, backups or service-provider records. See our Privacy Policy for the broader approach to personal information.
Privacy questions & rights
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal data associated with cookies or other online identifiers. Information about privacy requests is available in our Privacy Policy.
For cookie-related or privacy questions, contact VogueSpring at marketing@voguespring.com or call 13691092155. You can also use our Contact page.
Policy updates
We review this policy when website features or relevant service providers change. We expect to update it before or when Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager are deployed, following a review of the actual cookies and consent settings.
The “Last updated” date at the top of this page identifies the version provided here. VogueSpring is the brand name used on this website; the legal entity and final technical cookie inventory still require confirmation. For questions, email marketing@voguespring.com or call 13691092155.
